Nicholas Watson (he/him) is the Managing Director of Social Enterprise for SAGECare. He is responsible for SAGECare’s growth and visibility of the SAGECare LGBTQ+ cultural competency training and credentialing through supporting the staff in their sales, marketing, and development efforts.

Josh Dubensky (he/him) is a Housing Policy Advocate for SAGE, where he works to shape SAGE’s federal housing priorities to ensure the federal housing policy reflects the needs of LGBTQ+ elders. Before SAGE, Josh served in the U.S. Senate for seven years in the Office of Senator Bob Casey and on the U.S. Senate Special Committee on Aging, where he covered LGBTQ+ and disability issues.  Josh’s work focuses on incorporating the housing needs of LGBTQ+ elders into the broader debate around housing policy; including data collection, housing discrimination protections, community outreach, and access to culturally competent services.
