Chadd Roadarmel, Business Development Manager, Atlantic Culinary Environments, Inc.
Chadd Roadarmel is a highly accomplished leader with a proven track record of building successful business relationships. With extensive experience in design, sales, and marketing, he has developed a deep understanding of connecting with clients and partners to drive growth and success. By working closely with clients and partners, he has identified their needs and developed solutions that meet and exceed their expectations. Chadd is a lifelong learner, which he uses to bring new technologies, innovation and processes to his connections.  He believes that by putting the needs of others first and focusing on building lasting relationships, he can create a strong foundation for success. Chadd started in food service at the age of 10, working in his grandparent's restaurant.  Since then, he has honed his craft by working in other dining establishments, attending numerous seminars, and training, and he has attained his CFSP (Certified Food Service Professional) accreditation, which positively impacts all projects that he is fortunate enough to be a part of. He appreciates the senior living industry's challenges and loves to help overcome them and help communities thrive.
