Additionally for the last 20 years, he has traveled across North American and Canada keynoting and training for National Aging Associations including LeadingAge, American College Healthcare Administrators, American Healthcare Association, Pioneer Network, National Center for Assisted Living, and the Ontario Association for Non-Profit Homes and Services. As a recognition for the years of service to hundreds of organizations, LeadingAge awarded him Facilitator of the Year.
