What is Grassroots Advocacy?
Grassroots advocacy is practiced by citizens contacting their elected officials to enact meaningful change for the issues they care about. Grassroots advocacy is about finding strength in numbers- and harnessing that strength to influence public opinion and government action. Grassroots is the bedrock of advocacy for LAI. Having members voice their issues and concerns to policy makers and elected officials is the best way to effectuate change in Iowa. We encourage you to make your voice heard by using the resources below! For any questions, email [email protected]
