This webinar will provide an overview of Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI), explaining how to monitor care and services for safety and quality, while reviewing regulations from Appendix PP. Participants will learn who should attend QAPI meetings and how often these meetings should occur to meet compliance standards.

Medication Manager Certification Course
This On-Demand course meets the Department of Inspections, Appeals, & Licensing (DIAL) requirements for medication administration in assisted living, adult day and elder group homes, which were effective March 1, 2021.  Registrants will experience a research-based course with video demonstrations, interactive activities, and quizzes to ensure comprehension.  The online, on-demand course has been designed to be mobile and tablet friendly, allowing registrants to take the course from any location with internet access.
