Navigating OBBBA: What Senior Living Providers Need to KnowRegister NowEvent Schedule Event Description We will examine unprecedented Medicaid funding reductions—the largest in decades—and explore how these reductions, along with other OBBBA provisions, will impact states differently, creating varying operational and financial pressures for providers. Beyond Medicaid, we will address ripple effects on reimbursement, care delivery models, and market access, as well as opportunities for organizations to adapt and thrive. Additionally, CLA will outline high-priority tax planning strategies that may effect you as an individual as well as your non-profit Organizations. There may also be some changes related to energy credits under the Inflation Reduction Act of interest.
