This webinar series provides aging services organizations with practical strategies to attract, onboard, and retain top talent by building a compelling culture and engaging employees throughout their journey.

Navigating MDS 3.0 Webinar Series (virtual)
September 18-20 at 11 a.m.
This three-day virtual workshop on the MDS will cover all assessment sections, address common coding errors, and provide insights into the Care Area Assessment (CAA) process and the Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM) to improve resident care, reimbursement, survey outcomes, and quality measures.

Regulation Summation Webinar Series: Environmental Services
September 25 at 1:30 p.m.
This webinar will review environmental services regulations, including pest control, maintaining a safe and homelike environment, resident room requirements, emergency water supply, and necessary furnishings in nursing homes.








 

 




Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Housing & Reasonable Accommodations Webinar
September 26 at 1:30 p.m.
This webinar will explore the critical importance of "reasonable accommodations" in care, focusing on how assisted and independent living providers should handle such requests in compliance with federal regulations.

Medication Manager Certification Course
This On-Demand course meets the Department of Inspections, Appeals, & Licensing (DIAL) requirements for medication administration in assisted living, adult day and elder group homes, which were effective March 1, 2021.  Registrants will experience a research-based course with video demonstrations, interactive activities, and quizzes to ensure comprehension.  The online, on-demand course has been designed to be mobile and tablet friendly, allowing registrants to take the course from any location with internet access.
