Event Description
In this webinar, Infinity Rehab shares experiences with supplementing Section GG with highly relevant physical performance data like Gait Speed and the 6-Minute Walk Test to measure patient improvement with more precision. We’ll review how these data are related to Quality Measures and health outcomes and share strategies for incorporating them into treatment and discharge planning. We will also demonstrate the power of aggregating data to identify and describe patient groupings. This aggregation will predict discharge disposition and rehospitalization risk, guiding treatment selection.
