Booth Map Click here to view the current list of exhibitors and their booth locations. LAI has attempted to keep competitors from being located directly next to or directly across from one another. Be sure to review this list as well as your neighboring exhibitors and let us know immediately any concerns you have about your location. The booth map assignments will be finalized on Friday, April 14. The final Solutions Expo map will be available for all to see at the conference.
What's Included with Exhibitor Fees
- 10 ft. wide x 8 ft. deep booth with ID signage
- One 8 ft. x 2.5 ft. skirted table
- Two chairs
- Draped back and sides
- A listing on designated conference webpage
- A list of names, titles and addresses of conference participants
- Boxed lunch for each exhibitor representative
- Two exhibitor representatives (additional exhibitor booth representatives available for purchase at $275 each)
- Complimentary Wi-Fi in the conference center including the Solutions Expo
- A giveaway or door prize opportunity, if desired
- Participation in the Treasure Hunt traffic generator
Additional Booth Representative Your exhibitor registration fee includes two exhibitor booth representatives. Additional exhibitor representatives may be purchased at $275 each by sending your additional representative's name in a text message to Dawn Balder at 515-669-7116.
Shipping/Furniture Rental If you have materials that are shipped or need any additional furniture, please review the Furniture Rental/Shipping Instructions/Material Handling Information (available soon) from EDI to find out all the details on shipments before and after the show as well as furniture rental options. AV Needs at your Booth Electricity, power strips, extension cords or hard wired internet are available to order by clicking here. Note that advanced ordering before April 28 is encouraged. Orders received after April 29 will incur an additional $10 charge.
Unloading/Load Out Information You can unload/load out your items at the main entrance to the conference center, which is located directly between the main entrances to the hotel and casino. There will be limited carts available and no staff is provided to load/unload/move/carry/secure items. Load-in and Load-out is the responsibility of each individual exhibitor.
Setup Times/Booth Registration Information Exhibitor setup is May 2 from 6-8 p.m. and May 3 from 7-7:45 a.m. Please do not setup outside of the listed timeframes. In order to avoid disruption once the Solutions Expo opens, setup will not be permitted after the opening of the exhibit hall at 8 a.m. on May 3. Your name badges for each of your registered booth staff will be placed on your booth table. Exhibitors must provide security of their goods, materials, equipment, and general display at all times. LAI will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any material for any cause.
Prize Drawing Information Vendors can choose to supply a door prize to be displayed at their booth as a way of increasing exposure to the group and say "thank you" to the organization that have supported your services throughout the years. If you have a prize drawing at your booth, the winners will need to be drawn and displayed at your booth on Wed., May 3 by 12:45 p.m. You will be responsible for displaying the winner at your booth If the prize is not picked up before the Solutions Expo closes at 1:15 p.m., you will need to contact the winner to alert them of their gift. LeadingAge Iowa will not be responsible for any unclaimed prizes. Please do not dismantle your booth until after 1:15 p.m. when the Solutions Expo closes.
Tradeshow Hours The Solutions Expo is open 8 a.m.–1:15 p.m. on Wednesday, May 3. Exhibitors are welcome to join attendees at the networking reception on Wed. at 5-6:30 p.m.
