Iowa Board of Nursing Provider #67: LeadingAge Iowa has been approved as a provider of continuing education for nurses by the Iowa Board of Nursing, provider No. 67. 3.0 contact hours will be available for the Pre-Conference Workshop on May 7. 1.0 contact hour will be available for the general session and each breakout session on Wednesday, May 8. 1.25 contact hours will be available for the general session and 1.0 contact hour for each breakout session on Thursday, May 9. Partial credit for individual sessions will not be granted.  To receive contact hours or a certificate of attendance, you must attend each session in its entirety.  Evaluations for each session can be submitted to the Iowa Board of Nursing.

Nursing Home Administrators: 3.0 contact hours for the Pre-Conference Workshop on May 7 is intended to meet the criteria established by the Iowa Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators for participants that attend the session in its entirety. 1.0 contact hour for the general session and each breakout session on Wednesday, May 8 is intended to meet the criteria established by the Iowa Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators for participants that attend the session in its entirety. 1.25 contact hour for the general session and 1.0 contact hour for each breakout session on Thursday, May 9 is intended to meet the criteria established by the Iowa Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators for participants that attend the session in its entirety.  Partial credit for each session will not be granted.  To receive contact hours or a certificate of attendance, you must attend the entire session.

Assisted Living Manager Recertification: 3.0 contact hours for the Pre-Conference Workshop on May 7 will be available for participants who attend the session in its entirety. 1.0 contact hour for the general session and each breakout session on Wednesday, May 8 will be available for participants who attend the session in its entirety. 1.25 contact hour for the general session and 1.0 contact hour for each breakout session on Thursday, May 9 will be available for participants who attend the session in its entirety. Certified Dietary Managers: LeadingAge Iowa has been approved as a provider of continuing education for certified dietary managers by the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals for the Pre-Conference Workshop on May 7 for 3.0 contact hours Prior Approval #168339. On May 8 for 1.0 contact hour for the following sessions: General Session Prior Approval# 168239, Session 102 Prior Approval #168227, Session 103 Prior Approval #168228, Session 104 Prior Approval #168229, Session 203 Prior Approval #168230, Session 204 Prior Approval #168231, Session 303 Prior Approval #168232, and Session 505 Prior Approval #168233. On May 9 for 1.25 contact hours for General Session Prior Approval# 168240, and 1.0 contact hour for Session 502 Prior Approval #168233, Session 503 Prior Approval #168234, Session 601 Prior Approval #168235, Session 605 Prior Approval #168238, Session 702 Prior Approval #168236, Session 703 Prior Approval #168237, and Session 705 Prior Approval #168238 for Certified Dietary Managers will be available for participants who attend this session in its entirety. Partial credit for individual sessions will not be granted. To receive contact hours or a certificate of attendance, you must attend the entire session. If audited, you will be asked to provide your certificate of attendance and program material. Retain certificate for six years. Human Resources: 3.0 contact hours for the Pre-Conference Workshop on May 7 may meet the criteria established by the Society of Human Resources Professionals for participants who attend the session in its entirety. 1.0 contact hour for the general session and each breakout session on Wednesday, May 8 may meet the criteria established by the Society of Human Resources Professionals for participants who attend the session in its entirety. 1.25 contact hour for the general session and 1.0 contact hour for each breakout session on Thursday, May 9 may meet the criteria established by the Society of Human Resources Professionals for participants who attend the session in its entirety. Partial credit for individual sessions will not be granted.  To receive contact hours or a certificate of attendance, you must attend the entire session.

For Other Long-Term Support and Service Provider Professionals not listed above: Most licensure boards, credentialing agencies and professional organizations have processes that allow individuals to earn a certain number of CEUs for non-preapproved programs and/or to accommodate self-submission for approval of continuing education hours after the event takes place with proper documentation from the program sponsors. It is up to the discretion of the licensee to choose relevant sessions and self-report. Generic certificates of attendance will be provided.
